Very Professional Operation ~ Walter
Upon my brother’s recommendation, a former employee, regardless of the distance involved in traveling from our home in River Grove to the Naperville location, we must use Gerald’s Collision Center.
Unfortunately, I have had occasion to become familiar with the Collision Center in the past also. The most recent occasions have been in late December, 2007 and March, 2008. (I seemed to have developed a talent for scraping the passenger side of my vehicle against immovable objects.)
They say every cloud had a silver lining and I have found that true.
The “silver lining” I found reflects the positive experiences I have had with the employees of the Collision Center in Naperville. All employees from the receptionist in the Collision Center to the salesman who gave me a brief tutorial on how to operate the “loaner” were courteous, friendly, and professional. They went out of their way to help me.
One employee stands out and I must acknowledge her, Erika. Erika has the ability to put people at ease and explain and facilitate the entire process of repair to the vehicle. She has always been friendly and professional. Her calm, kind, accepting manner and ability to listen to the client in a nonjudgmental way eased any concerns I had. Erika is an asset to your firm!
I was recounting my experience at Gerald with my niece who said she had a similar experience when she took her minivan in for repairs. She mentioned how impressed she was with the employee who worked with her and her husband. She said his name was John and he had called and updated her on the status of the work being done.
I will close by commenting that Gerald Auto will be highly recommended by me. When former employees consistently recommend your collision center and with the current high quality employees that my family and I have had contact with, you can be justly proud of your organization.
