Recently, I had extensive repair work done on my Nissan Versa, due to hail damage. I was very pleased with the work and especially impressed with Jan’s customer service skills. As a retired Vice President for a major company – I recognize exceptional customer service, as well as those repeated empty slogans by some companies.
Jan was courteous, always pleasant, a good listener, spoke clearly, and kept me updated on my repair progress.
